LaZuli's Jorge Infante played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Trifon Katsoulis in the 11th minute of play. 13 minutes into the match, LaZuli's goalkeeper Jorge Infante had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Fu Han Qiang. The audience was convinced that Fu Han Qiang's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jorge Infante was relentless in the 15th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zachariasz Dunajski in the 41st minute of play forced Andarilhos's goalkeeper Jon Oblak to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jorge Infante made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adriano Ramires in the 43rd minute of play. In the 45th minute Zachariasz Dunajski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jon Oblak saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jon Oblak showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zachariasz Dunajski, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. Éder Almeida hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. In the 48th minute Trifon Katsoulis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jorge Infante saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for David Liberato to strike the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Andarilhos's Severino Figueira got a free kick in the 51st minute. Jorge Infante stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fu Han Qiang's shot from short distance in the 54th minute. In the 73rd minute Fu Han Qiang shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jorge Infante saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zachariasz Dunajski in the 76th minute of play forced Andarilhos's goalkeeper Jon Oblak to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 79 played minutes Andarilhos got a freekick which was hit by Jorge Ruas. In the 80th match minute, LaZuli was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by David Liberato to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Trifon Katsoulis in the 82nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jorge Infante saved LaZuli from getting behind. 86 minutes into the game, Trifon Katsoulis cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Jorge Infante was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 92nd minute, LaZuli's Querubin Domao seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Querubin Domao the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of LaZuli protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Querubin Domao had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. A collision led to LaZuli getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Querubin Domao hit a great ball. 94 minutes into the match, Andarilhos's Severino Figueira sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jorge Infante narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Andarilhos's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
