João Brites was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. LaZuli's David Liberato got a good chance for a goal in the 29th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 35th match minute, Mira Sintra was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Estevão Furtado to maneuver through the defense. Henrique Durães took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 36th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for João Brites. Mira Sintra's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Zachariasz Dunajski kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving João Brites. That made the score 2-0 in the 37 minute of play. Wendy Irama took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 41st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Jorge Infante. LaZuli's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. David Liberato's late challenge caught a Mira Sintra's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. David Liberato helped the player get up and apologised. In the 46th match minute, LaZuli was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by David Liberato to maneuver through the defense. After 47 minutes of play, Mira Sintra's Vicente Taveira made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jorge Infante was left in no man's land by his defense there! LaZuli's Joan Queralt was substituted for David Liberato.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Joan Queralt stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. A collision led to LaZuli getting a freekick after 54 minutes play.
