Andarilhos's Jon Oblak played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zachariasz Dunajski in the 5th minute of play. LaZuli's Jorge Infante played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Trifon Katsoulis in the 9th minute of play. A well done corner resulted in Caetano Velasques drilling the ball in to score 1-0 behind LaZuli's goalkeeper. Jorge Infante showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jorge Ruas, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by David Liberato in the 21st minute of play forced Andarilhos's goalkeeper Jon Oblak to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. LaZuli's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Henrique Durães in the 22nd minute. The corner led LaZuli's Henrique Durães to fire away a dangerous shot which Jon Oblak despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Trifon Katsoulis got free with Jorge Infante in the 26th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Gonzalo Montiel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. LaZuli's Mariano Galvão managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Severino Figueira in the 33 minute of the game. When Adriano Ramires came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the Andarilhos fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Adriano Ramires couldn't finish the play. LaZuli's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Gonzalo Montiel 37 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 2-0. Jon Oblak showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from David Liberato, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Joan Queralt made the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Trifon Katsoulis notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of LaZuli's Jorge Infante. Jorge Infante was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When Tommy Hellström fell near the penalty area in the 56th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored LaZuli's protests and gave Tommy Hellström a yellow card for diving instead. Tommy Hellström kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jorge Infante showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Fu Han Qiang fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jorge Infante having to interfere. In the 64th minute Trifon Katsoulis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jorge Infante saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 81st minute Zachariasz Dunajski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jon Oblak saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 86 played minutes Andarilhos got a freekick which was hit by Patrício Dias. Andarilhos walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
