The goalkeeper smacked the ball away after a great corner, but Wilson Laureano advanced and headed the ball into goal, 1-0 in the 4th minute. Jacobo Nores made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lázaro Graça in the 9th minute. 11 minutes into the game, Quintino Salgado cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Jacobo Nores was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Jacobo Nores showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lázaro Graça, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. Jacobo Nores made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lázaro Graça in the 17th minute. In the 23rd minute, Lázaro Graça ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jacobo Nores was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. A collision led to Paraguay getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Xavier Zoido hit a great ball. In the 34th minute, Yeroc FC's Patrick Funk dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 4-0. With his leg Jacobo Nores managed to avoid a goal in the 41stth minute, when Yeroc FC's Lázaro Graça fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 45 minutes into the match, Paraguay's goalkeeper Jacobo Nores had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Patrick Funk. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 5-0 at half-time.

51 minutes into the match, Paraguay's goal looked a bit too open when Patrick Funk came free, but Jacobo Nores reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 57th minute the ball was on its way in behind Paraguay's goalkeeper Jacobo Nores, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Lázaro Graça received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Jacobo Nores tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 69th match minute, Paraguay was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ivan Prats to maneuver through the defense. 70 minutes into the match, Lázaro Graça notched a goal, 6-0, to the right of Paraguay's Jacobo Nores. Jacobo Nores was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lázaro Graça in the 78th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jacobo Nores prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Quintino Salgado in the 80th minute of play forced Paraguay's goalkeeper Jacobo Nores to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Yeroc FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Bronislav Jirman in the 82nd minute. Patrick Funk was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. After having played for 84 minutes, Hector Covarrubias managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Paraguay's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hector Covarrubias was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Patrick Funk came up free with the goalie in the 90th minute, the Yeroc FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Patrick Funk couldn't finish the play. For all the effort they put into the match, the Paraguay players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Yeroc FC.
