Jay Jowsey showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ferruccio Simeoni in the 6th minute of the match. Eugenio Franceschelli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adrian Savona in the 8th minute of play. Brembols's Eugenio Franceschelli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adrian Savona in the 9th minute of play. 11 minutes into the match, Brembols's goal looked a bit too open when Patrick Izzo came free, but Eugenio Franceschelli reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 14th minute, Patrick Izzo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Eugenio Franceschelli was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Eugenio Franceschelli didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Patrick Izzo went, in the 17th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Eugenio Franceschelli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jean Carl Cassar Torreggiani in the 20th minute of play. When the match clock showed 25 minutes, the score became 0-3 when Patrick Izzo sped through Brembols's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Eugenio Franceschelli. After a rather tough play, Brembols's Adriano Rocchi got a free kick in the 29th minute. Adrian Savona took the ball and in the 33 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Eugenio Franceschelli. Eugenio Franceschelli dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. Eugenio Franceschelli didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Neville Ciscaldi went, in the 42nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-6 was the resulting score. Jay Jowsey showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Francesco Zarillo, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-6.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Adrian Savona was the one to do the kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Brembols's goalkeeper Eugenio Franceschelli had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Adrian Savona. 51 minutes into the game, Adrian Savona lined in a short shot 0-7 behind a frustrated Eugenio Franceschelli. In the 56th minute, Adrian Savona left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Attard Gunners fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-8. Brembols's Eugenio Franceschelli proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 59th minute of the match, managed to save Brembols from getting a goal against them. If Neville Ciscaldi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 65 minutes into the game, Patrick Izzo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-9. Eugenio Franceschelli was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Jean Carl Cassar Torreggiani received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Eugenio Franceschelli came out and tried to block the shot, but Jean Carl Cassar Torreggiani slotted it home off the left post making it 0-10 in the 67th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Patrick Izzo in the 70th minute of play forced Brembols's goalkeeper Eugenio Franceschelli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Attard Gunners made a substitution. Michael Testaferrata Olivier replaced Patrick Izzo. Attard Gunners's Alan Said was substituted for Adrian Savona. When the match had gone on for 78 minutes, Michael Testaferrata Olivier took a quick shot and it went in 0-11 without a chance for Eugenio Franceschelli to make any attempt to save it. Eugenio Franceschelli made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jean Carl Cassar Torreggiani in the 81st minute. Eugenio Franceschelli showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Michael Testaferrata Olivier in the 82nd minute of the match. Alan Said who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 83rdth minute tested the skills of Eugenio Franceschelli when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Alan Said could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 85th minute of the match, but Eugenio Franceschelli made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Michael Testaferrata Olivier in the 86th minute of play forced Brembols's goalkeeper Eugenio Franceschelli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alan Saids short, quick shot in the 90thth minute got Eugenio Franceschelli to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Eugenio Franceschelli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Michael Testaferrata Olivier in the 91st minute of play. After 92 played minutes Brembols got a freekick which was hit by Dennis Melfi. 96 minutes into the game, Alan Said cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-12. Eugenio Franceschelli was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When the final whistle sounded Attard Gunners left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Brembols.
