When Go Ahead Eagles's Erling Lewandowski in the 3rd minute got a chance for a shot 3rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC Hyklerne's goalie prevented a goal. 5 minutes into the match, Grigore Mălaimare had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jannich Drevsing. FC Hyklerne's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Grigore Mălaimare was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. When Go Ahead Eagles's Erling Lewandowski in the 10th minute got a chance for a shot 10th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC Hyklerne's goalie prevented a goal. 13 minutes into the match, FC Hyklerne's goal looked a bit too open when Erling Lewandowski came free, but Jannich Drevsing reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rafa Lojewski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Robin Nørrehvedde in the 14th minute of play. In the 19thth minute of the game Fernando Amorebieta who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Hyklerne's Jannich Drevsing was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Asmund Geinæs during the 21st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Go Ahead Eagles booed when FC Hyklerne was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Asmund Geinæs didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rafa Lojewski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Robin Nørrehvedde in the 23rd minute of the match. In the 26th minute Godofredo Vistruario shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rafa Lojewski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Tara Allo during the 27th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 27 played minutes FC Hyklerne got a freekick which was hit by Tara Allo. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Erling Lewandowski in the 28th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jannich Drevsing prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Go Ahead Eagles were awarded a corner in the 29th minute after FC Hyklerne's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Cássio Gonçalves took the corner. Jannich Drevsing showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Erling Lewandowski in the 31st minute of the match. FC Hyklerne's Jannich Drevsing played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Erling Lewandowski in the 41st minute of play. Jannich Drevsing came out of the goal in the 44th minute to try and stop a shot by Go Ahead Eagles's Fernando Amorebieta. But to his dismay, Fernando Amorebieta quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Jannich Drevsing made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erling Lewandowski in the 48th minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Robin Nørrehvedde to strike the kick off in the second half. Merih Yesari hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. Go Ahead Eagles's Erling Lewandowski managed to work through FC Hyklerne's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Erling Lewandowski dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. Facundo Bot could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 61st minute of the match, but Jannich Drevsing made a huge save. After 62 minutes FC Hyklerne's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Cássio Gonçalves who took care of the corner kick. Cássio Gonçalves made a great header on Go Ahead Eagles's corner, it was just that FC Hyklerne's Jannich Drevsing managed to reach the ball for a save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Iustin Bâru got free with Jannich Drevsing in the 66th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Iustin Bâru's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 68thth minute, Jannich Drevsing skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. When Iustin Bâru came up free with the goalie in the 70th minute, the Go Ahead Eagles fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Iustin Bâru couldn't finish the play. Iustin Bâru's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 74thth minute, Jannich Drevsing skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Iustin Bâru did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-4 to the left of a surprised Jannich Drevsing 74 minutes into the match. Jannich Drevsing made a fantastic save in the 79th minute, when Iustin Bâru sent off a good shot on target. FC Hyklerne's Jannich Drevsing proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 81st minute of the match, managed to save FC Hyklerne from getting a goal against them. 82 minutes into the match, Iustin Bâru dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Jannich Drevsing, 0-5. After a rather tough play, FC Hyklerne's Zbyszko Falkiewicz got a free kick in the 87th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Iustin Bâru got free with Jannich Drevsing in the 88th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After taking down the ball on Go Ahead Eagles's corner Cássio Gonçalves fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Jannich Drevsing quite easily take care of the ball. After 91 minutes of play, Go Ahead Eagles's Iustin Bâru made it 0-6 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jannich Drevsing was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 94th minute, Go Ahead Eagles's Iustin Bâru ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Jannich Drevsing. Jannich Drevsing yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-7. The FC Hyklerne supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Go Ahead Eagles's performance. The match ended with a win for Go Ahead Eagles.
