Spectators: 47 (Terracing: 36, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Hugó Révész took the kick off in the first half of the match. Claudinho Taffarel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erling Lewandowski in the 13th minute of play. Claudinho Taffarel made a fantastic save in the 15th minute, when Erling Lewandowski sent off a good shot on target. The supporters of Keszi Athletic booed when Go Ahead Eagles was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cássio Gonçalves didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hugó Révész might have been able to make a better finish in the 21st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Scarafia Ghost. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Hugó Révész ran back to his position shaking his head. Claudinho Taffarel came out of the goal in the 23rd minute to try and stop a shot by Go Ahead Eagles's Fernando Amorebieta. But to his dismay, Fernando Amorebieta quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. In the 31stth minute of the game Vaios Vourtzoumis who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Go Ahead Eagles's Scarafia Ghost was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 32nd minute of the match Keszi Athletic got a corner. Go Ahead Eagles's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Aquilino Castelo Branco ran over to the corner to take the kick. In the 33rd match minute, Keszi Athletic was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zsolt Veress to maneuver through the defense. 34 minutes into the match, Go Ahead Eagles's goal looked a bit too open when Hugó Révész came free, but Scarafia Ghost reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 41st minute, Özkan İlhan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Erling Lewandowski to strike the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Go Ahead Eagles booed when Keszi Athletic was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kir Dybal didn't get a good kick on the ball. Claudinho Taffarel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Erling Lewandowski, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. Go Ahead Eagles's Scarafia Ghost played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hugó Révész in the 61st minute of play. Scarafia Ghost showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hugó Révész, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. In the 62nd minute, Erling Lewandowski got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Keszi Athletic's 于平辰 was substituted for Hugó Révész. Go Ahead Eagles's Iustin Bâru was substituted for Erling Lewandowski. 于平辰 could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 66th minute of the match, but Scarafia Ghost made a huge save. Panos Kaklamanos made in the 67th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Manga Mangkudikusumah however managed to control. After 86 played minutes Keszi Athletic got a freekick which was hit by Kir Dybal. Keszi Athletic's Claudinho Taffarel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Iustin Bâru in the 89th minute of play. Claudinho Taffarel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fernando Amorebieta, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Keszi Athletic getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Aquilino Castelo Branco hit a great ball. There was no doubt that Go Ahead Eagles were the better team. Go Ahead Eagles's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
