In the 6th minute, Inácio Amaral reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Ksawery Klucznik. The goal made the score 1-0. If Jocelyn Bonnal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With his leg Ksawery Klucznik managed to avoid a goal in the 14thth minute, when De Kasteelheren's Inácio Amaral fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Erubiel Solustiano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fokke Meijeringh made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ruslan Goloveshko in the 19th minute of play. Ksawery Klucznik made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Harold Rodenboog in the 21st minute of play. In the 22nd match minute, Blue Lions FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Peppone Berg to maneuver through the defense. Blue Lions FC's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Inácio Amaral 25 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 2-0. 31 minutes into the game, De Kasteelheren's Harold Rodenboog nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ksawery Klucznik made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. In the 35th minute, one of Blue Lions FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Blue Lions FC. The goalkeeper, Ksawery Klucznik, was totally fooled by De Kasteelheren's Hayden Hoebe, who 37 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. In the 42nd minute, Harold Rodenboog ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ksawery Klucznik was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. In the 45th minute, Inácio Amaral got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Inácio Amaral fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ksawery Klucznik having to interfere. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

After a rather tough play, Blue Lions FC's Ruslan Goloveshko got a free kick in the 53rd minute. 55 minutes into the match, De Kasteelheren's goalkeeper Fokke Meijeringh had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Erubiel Solustiano. After having played for 57 minutes, Inácio Amaral managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. De Kasteelheren's supporters crossed their fingers, but Inácio Amaral was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Inácio Amaral in the 58th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ksawery Klucznik prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Erubiel Solustiano in the 63rd minute of play forced De Kasteelheren's goalkeeper Fokke Meijeringh to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Anatoliy Gvozdevych blasted a shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ksawery Klucznik having to make a save. Ksawery Klucznik came out of the goal in the 66th minute to try and stop a shot by De Kasteelheren's Inácio Amaral. But to his dismay, Inácio Amaral quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. A collision led to Blue Lions FC getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Bogumil Rukszcz hit a great ball. Ksawery Klucznik showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Inácio Amaral in the 72nd minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Inácio Amaral in the 73rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ksawery Klucznik prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ruslan Goloveshko's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Fokke Meijeringh firmly grabbed it by the left post. A collision led to Blue Lions FC getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Bogumil Rukszcz hit a great ball. If Anthony Hillen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. De Kasteelheren's Fokke Meijeringh played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sten Blixt in the 79th minute of play. In the 80th minute Inácio Amaral shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ksawery Klucznik saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 83rd minute, Harold Rodenboog got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Blue Lions FC's Pankracy Pisarczyk got a free kick in the 85th minute. 89 minutes had been played when some careless play by Blue Lions FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Hayden Hoebe was slow to take the kick. During this time De Kasteelheren's players had a chance to rest. 91 minutes into the game, De Kasteelheren's Anthony Hillen nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ksawery Klucznik made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 7-0. Fokke Meijeringh took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sten Blixt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. De Kasteelheren had played much better football throughout.
