Jan Kornatowski didn't get a good kick on the ball. Damazy Joks might have been able to make a better finish in the 25th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Lech Latkiewicz. When Mariusz Jop fell near the penalty area in the 28th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Legia Warszawa 【L】's protests and gave Mariusz Jop a yellow card for diving instead. Gigel Botescu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marek Sagan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 35 minutes of play, KS Olimpia Warszawa's Damazy Joks made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Lech Latkiewicz was left in no man's land by his defense there! Lech Latkiewicz had in the 46thth minute some difficulties stopping Damazy Joks's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.

In the 51stth minute of the game Damazy Joks who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Legia Warszawa 【L】's Lech Latkiewicz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Gigel Botescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Szymon Grunwalski in the 52nd minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Damazy Joks in the 54th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lech Latkiewicz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. KS Olimpia Warszawa's Gigel Botescu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 59th minute of the match, managed to save KS Olimpia Warszawa from getting a goal against them. A collision led to Legia Warszawa 【L】 getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Marek Sagan hit a great ball. KS Olimpia Warszawa's Zhu Cheng Guo was substituted for Fabiano Carneiro. The supporters of KS Olimpia Warszawa booed when Legia Warszawa 【L】 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marek Sagan didn't get a good kick on the ball. KS Olimpia Warszawa's Hektor Fitrakis got a good chance for a goal in the 85th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. KS Olimpia Warszawa made a substitution. Sharma Sharma replaced Damazy Joks. In the 92nd minute, Sharma Sharma left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The KS Olimpia Warszawa fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. KS Olimpia Warszawa had played much better football throughout.
