Ecuador's supporters crossed their fingers, but Daniel Zorita was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 9th minute, Agustín Saelices ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Nils-Erik Soned was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Agustín Saelices sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 19 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Matthias Ahlrot. After a rather tough play, Fluet FK's Örjan Bengtsson got a free kick in the 21st minute. In the 28th minute, Cristian Sancho made a precise shot to the right of Nils-Erik Soned. Fluet FK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. In the 31st minute, Lars-Erik Gustafsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wit Walec in the 36th minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Daniel Zorita recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Fluet FK's Nils-Erik Soned played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Sancho in the 39th minute of play. In the 39thth minute of the game Cristian Sancho who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Fluet FK's Nils-Erik Soned was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 39 minutes, Cristian Sancho made it 0-4 with a short kick to the right side. Fluet FK's Nils-Erik Soned tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Primitivo Andino kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. The Fluet FK players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Ecuador were winning 0-4.

The wind increased when Daniel Zorita made the kick off in the second half. Lars-Erik Gustafsson kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. Cristian Sancho's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 55thth minute, Nils-Erik Soned skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. With splendid footwork Cristian Sancho arrived in front of goal to shoot 0-6 by the left pole in the game's 55th minute. Roman Trzenzalski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Fluet FK's Nils-Erik Soned played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Zorita in the 60th minute of play. Cristian Sancho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Nils-Erik Soned stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cristian Sancho's shot from short distance in the 67th minute. 71 minutes into the match, Fluet FK's goalkeeper Nils-Erik Soned had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cristian Sancho. Nils-Erik Soned came out of the goal in the 75th minute to try and stop a shot by Ecuador's Cristian Sancho. But to his dismay, Cristian Sancho quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-8. Nils-Erik Soned made a fantastic save in the 78th minute, when Cristian Sancho sent off a good shot on target. Nils-Erik Soned came out of the goal in the 79th minute to try and stop a shot by Ecuador's Daniel Zorita. But to his dismay, Daniel Zorita quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-9. Fluet FK's Nils-Erik Soned played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Sancho in the 83rd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Ecuador's Juan Sebastián Puig got a free kick in the 85th minute. Daniel Zorita scored 0-10 in the 89th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Nils-Erik Soned, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Nils-Erik Soned made an important save on a dangerous shot by Luis Andino in the 92nd minute.
