After 13 minutes of play, LIVIUS UNITED MLS's Leonid Afteni made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Edgar Ström was left in no man's land by his defense there! Emanuel Zbârnea received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Edgar Ström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hisingen IK's Edgar Ström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Şimandan in the 25th minute of play. The supporters of Hisingen IK booed when LIVIUS UNITED MLS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bartolomé Perpiñán didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 38th minute, Bernt Vennerkvist left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Hisingen IK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Leonid Afteni hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. In the 41st minute, Bogdan Dăscălescu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. LIVIUS UNITED MLS's Yanick Knecht proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 46th minute of the match, managed to save LIVIUS UNITED MLS from getting a goal against them.

Jarl Stålman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Yanick Knecht tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bernt Vennerkvist in the 56th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Yanick Knecht prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 61st minute Bartolomé Perpiñán shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edgar Ström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Edgar Ström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Şimandan in the 62nd minute of play. Bartolomé Perpiñán sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Hisingen IK's Edgar Ström proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 65th minute of the match, managed to save Hisingen IK from getting a goal against them. Daniel Şimandan struck a weak shot in the 65th minute. Edgar Ström didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for LIVIUS UNITED MLS. In the 67th minute, Leonid Afteni left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The LIVIUS UNITED MLS fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. In the 70th minute, Emanuel Zbârnea got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Bernt Vennerkvist took the ball and in the 72 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Yanick Knecht. Yanick Knecht dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. Leonid Afteni in the 79thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Edgar Ström, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Daniel Şimandan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Edgar Ström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bernt Vennerkvist scored 4-2 in the 95th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Yanick Knecht, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Many of LIVIUS UNITED MLS's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. LIVIUS UNITED MLS may have spent more time on the ball, but Hisingen IK were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
