Greenboys FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Daniel Şimandan was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. After having played for 29 minutes, Daniel Şimandan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. LIVIUS UNITED MLS's supporters crossed their fingers, but Daniel Şimandan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Iurie Croitoru in the 30thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Yanick Knecht, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 33rd minute of the match LIVIUS UNITED MLS got a corner. Greenboys FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Daniel Şimandan ran over to the corner to take the kick. In the 37th match minute, LIVIUS UNITED MLS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leonid Afteni to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice moves Felix Paveliuc could shoot a difficult shot in the 38th minute, which Yanick Knecht however easily saved by the left post. In the 40th minute, Zsolt Füzesi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 42 played minutes Greenboys FC got a freekick which was hit by Péter Földes. Bartolomé Perpiñán struck a weak shot in the 44th minute. Danilo Vaz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for LIVIUS UNITED MLS. When LIVIUS UNITED MLS's Daniel Şimandan in the 47th minute got a chance for a shot 47th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Renátó Tar hit a great ball. The supporters of LIVIUS UNITED MLS booed when Greenboys FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Renátó Tar didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Greenboys FC's zone, Daniel Şimandan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Danilo Vaz came out of the goal and Daniel Şimandan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Daniel Şimandan got free with Danilo Vaz in the 59th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Greenboys FC's Renátó Tar suffered a sore thigh after 60 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Greenboys FC's Béla Vass was substituted for Renátó Tar. After 62 played minutes LIVIUS UNITED MLS got a freekick which was hit by Leonid Afteni. Róbert Kutas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Yanick Knecht tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Danilo Vaz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leonid Afteni, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. In the 81st match minute, Greenboys FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Péter Földes to maneuver through the defense.
