The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 13th minute, Abel Etor hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 13th minute, Octavian Nicolescu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Nicasio Thomas was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. In the 19th match minute, Spartan FC Mogilany was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Diogo Martins to maneuver through the defense. 20 minutes into the match, Spartan FC Mogilany's goal looked a bit too open when Pocho Lavezzi came free, but Iwo Domarecki reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nicasio Thomas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Octavian Nicolescu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nicasio Thomas stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Wojciech Skaradowski's shot from short distance in the 25th minute. Spartan FC Mogilany's Liam Hähner quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Pocho Lavezzi, made in the 28th minute of the game. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 31st minute of the game. One of GUTIERREZ SC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Spartan FC Mogilany:s goal. After 35 minutes, Liam Hähner mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Spartan FC Mogilany and the GUTIERREZ SC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Liam Hähner kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. Wojciech Skaradowski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nicasio Thomas having to interfere. In the 39th minute Octavian Nicolescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nicasio Thomas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Wojciech Skaradowski in the 41st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nicasio Thomas prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Spartan FC Mogilany were awarded a corner in the 42th minute after GUTIERREZ SC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Leroy Parkinson took the corner. Spartan FC Mogilany's Liam Hähner was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Nicasio Thomas in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 45th minute Mateusz Pleban shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iwo Domarecki saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Spartan FC Mogilany's Tomasz Gorzkiewicz got a free kick in the 48th minute. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.
