El Salvador's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Bayburt SK ☪ the free kick. The supporters of Bayburt SK ☪ booed when El Salvador was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jesus Carvallo didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 8th minute, Marco Tamayo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Moises Fernandino came up free with the goalie in the 11th minute, the El Salvador fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Moises Fernandino couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 14th minute, Atahan Tuyan managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bayburt SK ☪'s supporters rose to their feet, but Atahan Tuyan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ricardo Zorita breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, El Salvador's Joshua Curbelo got a free kick in the 17th minute. Bayburt SK ☪'s Nizam Ruhsat got a good chance for a goal in the 17th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 20 played minutes El Salvador got a freekick which was hit by Abram Luque. The supporters of Bayburt SK ☪ booed when El Salvador was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Abram Luque didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ricardo Zorita made a fantastic save in the 24th minute, when Nizam Ruhsat sent off a good shot on target. In the 26th minute Atahan Tuyan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ricardo Zorita saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Bayburt SK ☪ booed when El Salvador was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jesus Carvallo didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Moises Fernandino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 36th minute, Nizam Ruhsat ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ricardo Zorita was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Ricardo Zorita showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Atahan Tuyan in the 38th minute of the match. El Salvador's Ricardo Zorita played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Atahan Tuyan in the 40th minute of play. Ricardo Zorita made an important save on a dangerous shot by Nizam Ruhsat in the 44th minute. Arif Akçabay came out of the goal in the 45th minute to try and stop a shot by El Salvador's Moises Fernandino. But to his dismay, Moises Fernandino quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Atahan Tuyan kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Atahan Tuyan was the one to do the kick off. Moises Fernandino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Moises Fernandino could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 56th minute of the match, but Arif Akçabay made a huge save. Ricardo Zorita made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Atahan Tuyan in the 62nd minute of play. Abram Luque received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Arif Akçabay tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Abram Luque came up free with the goalie in the 72nd minute, the El Salvador fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Abram Luque couldn't finish the play. Nizam Ruhsat's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ricardo Zorita read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 73rd minute of play. Ricardo Zorita showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nizam Ruhsat, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. El Salvador's Moises Fernandino got a good chance for a goal in the 76th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Arif Akçabay made an important save on a dangerous shot by Moises Fernandino in the 77th minute. Atahan Tuyan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 85 minutes into the game, Bayburt SK ☪'s Atahan Tuyan nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ricardo Zorita made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. Ricardo Zorita took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nizam Ruhsat, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Marco Tamayo's late challenge caught a Bayburt SK ☪'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Marco Tamayo helped the player get up and apologised. Atahan Tuyan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nizam Ruhsat in the 95th minute of play forced El Salvador's goalkeeper Ricardo Zorita to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpected shot in the 96th minute by Abram Luque got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side.
