An unexpectedly hard shot by André Maraschin in the 51st minute of play forced Bermejo Club's goalkeeper Leandro Munio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Washington de Lara showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bennvar Skytten in the 77th minute of the match. Bermejo Club were awarded a corner in the 78th minute after Tirense F.C.'s defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Feliberto Tauro took the corner. A well-hit corner resulted in David Hulberto heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. 82 minutes into the game, Tirense F.C.'s André Maraschin nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Leandro Munio made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. Bermejo Club's attentive Narciso Teixeira managed to snatch the ball when Christian Rossi made a throw-in in the 86th minute of the game. In the 87th minute, Bennvar Skytten made a precise shot to the right of Washington de Lara. Tirense F.C.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. Bennvar Skytten's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Washington de Lara read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 90th minute of play. Bermejo Club's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Feliberto Tauro in the 92nd minute. The Bermejo Club players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
