Kip William's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cosme Francesco read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 11th minute of play. 13 minutes had been played when some careless play by MDQ Raptors FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Teófilo Amaro was slow to take the kick. During this time La Acade's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Alejandro Vistruario got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Cosme Francesco quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 13 minutes into the game, La Acade's Alejandro Vistruario nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Cosme Francesco made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Ramiro Gaueko hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. In the 17th minute, Kip William ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cosme Francesco was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Shao Zhou kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. In the 23rd minute of the match MDQ Raptors FC got a corner. La Acade's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Abelardo Rocendo ran over to the corner to take the kick. The goalkeeper smacked the ball away after a great corner, but Hortêncio Godoi advanced and headed the ball into goal, 2-1 in the 23rd minute. Cosme Francesco stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Kip William's shot from short distance in the 28th minute. If Kip William had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 30 minutes into the match, MDQ Raptors FC's goalkeeper Cosme Francesco had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Kip William. In the 32nd minute Kip William shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cosme Francesco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kip William kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. Blas Aritza took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hermengildo Ursino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 38 minutes La Acade's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Abelardo Rocendo who took care of the corner kick. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Kip William was the one to do the kick off. 52 minutes into the match, MDQ Raptors FC's goal looked a bit too open when Kip William came free, but Cosme Francesco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 53 minutes into the match, La Acade's goal looked a bit too open when Hermengildo Ursino came free, but Blas Aritza reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cosme Francesco took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kip William, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A sloppy throw-in by Ramiro Gaueko in the 57th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by La Acade's Stelian Avram. 58 minutes into the match, MDQ Raptors FC's goal looked a bit too open when Kip William came free, but Cosme Francesco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. La Acade were awarded a corner in the 59th minute after MDQ Raptors FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Teófilo Amaro took the corner. Teófilo Amaro made a great header on La Acade's corner, it was just that MDQ Raptors FC's Cosme Francesco managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 61st minute, Ramiro Gaueko hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 62nd minute Kip William shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cosme Francesco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Teofilo Adrio who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 66thth minute tested the skills of Blas Aritza when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Blas Aritza stood somewhat misplaced when Teofilo Adrio came free in front of goal and shot 2-2 to the left of him in the 66 minute. The throw-in from Ramiro Gaueko in the 69th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by La Acade's Stelian Avram. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kip William in the 70th minute of play forced MDQ Raptors FC's goalkeeper Cosme Francesco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. La Acade's Blas Aritza played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hermengildo Ursino in the 72nd minute of play. David Abaurre kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. After recieving a nice pass, MDQ Raptors FC's Abelardo Rocendo tried to score from far away in the 77th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. After 78 played minutes MDQ Raptors FC got a freekick which was hit by Hortêncio Godoi. 80 minutes into the match, MDQ Raptors FC's goal looked a bit too open when Felipe Saturnin came free, but Cosme Francesco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 81 minutes into the match, La Acade's goalkeeper Blas Aritza had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Daniel Järvenperä. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Daniel Järvenperä in the 83rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Blas Aritza saved La Acade from getting behind. Cosme Francesco came out of the goal in the 87th minute to try and stop a shot by La Acade's Felipe Saturnin. But to his dismay, Felipe Saturnin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-2. In the 94th minute Felipe Saturnin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cosme Francesco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. MDQ Raptors FC's Cosme Francesco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Felipe Saturnin in the 96th minute of play. When the referee blew the final whistle, La Acade could leave the field as winners, despite MDQ Raptors FC having more of the ball for most of the match.
