Hector Napier could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 6th minute of the match, but Sílvio Penha made a huge save. Augusto Bortzaioriz kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. Davi Mello fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abel Bordat having to interfere. Alex Berger blasted a shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Abel Bordat having to make a save. 17 minutes into the match, Zemantauskas FC's goalkeeper Sílvio Penha had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Inocencio Corderall. After a rather tough play, Zemantauskas FC's Alex Berger got a free kick in the 18th minute. After a defensive mix-up in BFC 1982's zone, Alex Berger stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Abel Bordat came out of the goal and Alex Berger tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 22nd play minutes Davi Mello shot 0-1, a short shot which went by Abel Bordat and just under the crossbar into goal. After a rather tough play, Zemantauskas FC's Igor Britto got a free kick in the 27th minute. Davi Mello sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Abel Bordat didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Remo Varela went, in the 32nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. 36 minutes into the match, Zemantauskas FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ambrosio Etxatxu came free, but Sílvio Penha reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alex Berger kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. Sílvio Penha was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 47th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Ambrosio Etxatxu. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Davi Mello to strike the kick off in the second half. Abel Bordat made a fantastic save in the 52nd minute, when Davi Mello sent off a good shot on target. Davi Mello sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Davi Mello who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 60thth minute tested the skills of Abel Bordat when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 63rd minute, Hector Napier made a precise shot to the right of Sílvio Penha. Zemantauskas FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. After a defensive mix-up in BFC 1982's zone, Davi Mello stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Abel Bordat came out of the goal and Davi Mello tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Remo Varela had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alex Berger kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. Valdir Ortiz hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. Remo Varela's late challenge caught a BFC 1982's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Remo Varela helped the player get up and apologised. After 87 played minutes Zemantauskas FC got a freekick which was hit by Alex Berger. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hector Napier in the 93rd minute of play forced Zemantauskas FC's goalkeeper Sílvio Penha to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 96th minute, Alex Berger got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The Zemantauskas FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
