After a rather tough play, Zemantauskas FC's Serginho Simões got a free kick in the 12th minute. Sílvio Penha was a little too slow when Alin Dragalina got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 21st minute. The score was now 1-0. Alex Berger kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. In the 26th minute, Octavian Gherasescu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Octavian Gherasescu in the 34th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sílvio Penha prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Zemantauskas FC's Sílvio Penha played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Octavian Gherasescu in the 36th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 37th minute, Alin Dragalina managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sporting Royal's supporters rose to their feet, but Alin Dragalina was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sílvio Penha breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Fabiano Trevisan kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. In the 45th minute, Celso Valadares hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

Lucrețiu Roșeanu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alex Berger in the 52nd minute of the match. Alex Berger got his second yellow card in the match during the 58th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. The supporters of Sporting Royal booed when Zemantauskas FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alex Berger didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sporting Royal made a substitution. Damian Crăciun replaced Acácio Cunha. In the 59th match minute, Zemantauskas FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alex Berger to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Zemantauskas FC's Serginho Simões got a free kick in the 60th minute. Alin Dragalina struck a weak shot in the 61st minute. Sílvio Penha didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sporting Royal. In the 89th minute, Virgil Panciu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Sporting Royal fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Igor Britto hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. In the 93rd minute, Alin Dragalina got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 95th minute, Renato Nascimento hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 97 minutes had been played when some careless play by Zemantauskas FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Alin Dragalina was slow to take the kick. During this time Sporting Royal's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Alin Dragalina almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Zemantauskas FC's Sílvio Penha did a great save. Sílvio Penha stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ionică Predescu's shot from short distance in the 98th minute. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Sporting Royal had won after a very even match.
