With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mister Yasin in the 7th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Budi Martines saved Camarón Bombay from getting behind. Dieguito Riquelme scored 1-0 in the 8th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Sydney Ross, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Rob Burton kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. 13 minutes into the match, Camarón Bombay's goal looked a bit too open when Rob Burton came free, but Budi Martines reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Camarón Bombay getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Ermanno Rocchetti hit a great ball. Mourad Rocchi might have been able to make a better finish in the 16th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Budi Martines. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mourad Rocchi ran back to his position shaking his head. Mourad Rocchi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Budi Martines read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 16th minute of play. After 21 played minutes Manly FC got a freekick which was hit by Francesco Baresi. 27 minutes into the match, Manly FC's goal looked a bit too open when Beto Alonso came free, but Sydney Ross reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 32nd minute Dieguito Riquelme shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sydney Ross saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 42 minutes into the match, Camarón Bombay's goal looked a bit too open when Robbie Fowler came free, but Budi Martines reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Budi Martines showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mister Yasin in the 44th minute of the match. Rob Burton's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Budi Martines read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 45th minute of play. Camarón Bombay's Budi Martines played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Robbie Fowler in the 47th minute of play.

Budi Martines took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mister Yasin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 74th minute, Pir-Sultan Romero hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Camarón Bombay's Pir-Sultan Romero got a free kick in the 75th minute. After having played for 76 minutes, Mourad Rocchi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Manly FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mourad Rocchi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the last second Budi Martines throw himself and got hold of the ball when Robbie Fowler in the 80thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. In the 83rd minute of the match, Mister Yasin tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Budi Martines saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 84 minutes into the game, Robbie Fowler recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Budi Martines. Robbie Fowler showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. The supporters of Manly FC booed when Camarón Bombay was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Beto Acosta didn't get a good kick on the ball. 88 minutes into the match, Camarón Bombay's goalkeeper Budi Martines had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Robbie Fowler. The supporters of Camarón Bombay booed when Manly FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position.
