The audience thought a goal was coming when Luís Paulo Linhares got free with Urbes Cenzano in the 23rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Luís Paulo Linhares's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Urbes Cenzano firmly grabbed it by the left post. After 26 minutes, Luís Paulo Linhares made it 3-0 with a short kick to the right side. Club Puerto Quito's Urbes Cenzano tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Luís Paulo Linhares could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 30th minute of the match, but Urbes Cenzano made a huge save. Urbes Cenzano was a little too slow when Bernard Sierocki got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 31st minute. The score was now 4-0. Urbes Cenzano made a fantastic save in the 35th minute, when Luís Paulo Linhares sent off a good shot on target. Thanks to some nice moves Luís Paulo Linhares could shoot a difficult shot in the 36th minute, which Urbes Cenzano however easily saved by the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edu Velloso in the 38th minute of play forced Club Puerto Quito's goalkeeper Urbes Cenzano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Paulo José Lucas kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 42 minutes, Luís Paulo Linhares put it in 5-0 from a short distance just to the right of Urbes Cenzano. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 5-0 at half-time.

Club Puerto Quito's Urbes Cenzano tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. If Luís Paulo Linhares had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Urbes Cenzano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luís Paulo Linhares, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Luís Paulo Linhares sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 62 minutes into the match, Club Puerto Quito's goal looked a bit too open when Luís Paulo Linhares came free, but Urbes Cenzano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Armando Larrieta could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 73rd minute of the match, but Teodoro Jacinto made a huge save. In the 75th minute, Bernard Sierocki made a precise shot to the right of Urbes Cenzano. Club Puerto Quito's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 8-0. Urbes Cenzano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luís Paulo Linhares, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. Urbes Cenzano didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Luís Paulo Linhares went, in the 83rd minute, to the upper right corner, 9-0 was the resulting score. After some careless play in the Club Puerto Quito defense, Luís Paulo Linhares kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Urbes Cenzano. The Club Puerto Quito fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Urbes Cenzano should have stopped the shot. Edu Velloso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
