Virgil Panciu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Leontin Ilieș made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Beto Alonso in the 17th minute of play. Budi Martines showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Octavian Gherasescu, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. Camarón Bombay's Budi Martines proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 24th minute of the match, managed to save Camarón Bombay from getting a goal against them. A nice corner shot did that Cosme Cimbron got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Budi Martines quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Leontin Ilieș showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dieguito Riquelme in the 27th minute of the match. In the 29th minute Edgardo Garikoitz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leontin Ilieș saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sporting Royal's Leontin Ilieș played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dieguito Riquelme in the 32nd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Sporting Royal's Ionică Predescu got a free kick in the 39th minute. If Beto Alonso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Virgil Panciu made a kick off. The audience was convinced that Virgil Panciu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Budi Martines was relentless in the 55th minute of the game. Virgil Panciu might have been able to make a better finish in the 60th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Budi Martines. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Virgil Panciu ran back to his position shaking his head. After 61 played minutes Sporting Royal got a freekick which was hit by Alin Dragalina. After 64 minutes of play Sporting Royal's Alin Dragalina was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After 65 played minutes Sporting Royal got a freekick which was hit by Alin Dragalina. After 66 minutes of play, Camarón Bombay's Beto Alonso made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Leontin Ilieș was left in no man's land by his defense there! Camarón Bombay's Budi Martines played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Virgil Panciu in the 72nd minute of play. After 74th play minutes Virgil Panciu shot 1-1, a short shot which went by Budi Martines and just under the crossbar into goal. Sporting Royal made a substitution. Nae Moisil replaced Ionică Predescu. Camarón Bombay made a substitution. Gianni Lo Celso replaced Natalio Poz. The audience was convinced that Virgil Panciu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Budi Martines was relentless in the 89th minute of the game. Beto Acosta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leontin Ilieș having to interfere. Despite being the better team, Camarón Bombay failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
