To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 18 minutes of play Hogwarts's Xandro Solloso was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. The supporters of 等待和希望MU booed when Hogwarts was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Xandro Solloso didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gonzales Saucedo charged in rather forcefully in the 25th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Santo Romuroso stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52ndth minute of the game Laerte Ramalho who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Hogwarts's Cristobal Añel was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Cristobal Añel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from 邓挺强 in the 84th minute of the match. 88 minutes into the match, Hogwarts's goal looked a bit too open when 任泉光 came free, but Cristobal Añel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Hogwarts getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Gonzales Saucedo hit a great ball. If 邓挺强 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute.
