Gary Ingram made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ryan Giggs in the 9th minute. 12 minutes into the match, Powiśle Warszawa's goal looked a bit too open when Darren Boyle came free, but Boguslaw Jucha reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 14th minute, Tadeusz Siembab hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Korona Kielce's Chaz Parkinson couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 14th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Powiśle Warszawa. Gary Ingram showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Damazy Rosen in the 17th minute of the match. Ryan Giggs in the 19thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Gary Ingram, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 20 minutes had been played when some careless play by Korona Kielce's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Cezary Ikalewicz was slow to take the kick. During this time Powiśle Warszawa's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Cezary Ikalewicz almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Korona Kielce's Gary Ingram did a great save. Dong Qi Ying hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. In the 32nd match minute, Powiśle Warszawa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ryan Giggs to maneuver through the defense. Chaz Parkinson, 33 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. In the 38th minute Jacek Kielb shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Boguslaw Jucha saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Korona Kielce booed when Powiśle Warszawa was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Maciek Majewski didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tommy Porter fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Boguslaw Jucha having to interfere. After 45 played minutes Powiśle Warszawa got a freekick which was hit by Lukasz Brudnicki. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

Chaz Parkinson made a great header on Korona Kielce's corner, it was just that Powiśle Warszawa's Boguslaw Jucha managed to reach the ball for a save. After a rather tough play, Powiśle Warszawa's Ryan Giggs got a free kick in the 56th minute. In the 58th minute, Ryan Giggs hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Darren Boyles short, quick shot in the 59thth minute got Boguslaw Jucha to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 64th minute Tommy Porter shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Boguslaw Jucha saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Powiśle Warszawa's Tadeusz Siembab got a free kick in the 73rd minute. Powiśle Warszawa's Artur Scigan was substituted for Ryan Giggs. After 74 played minutes Powiśle Warszawa got a freekick which was hit by Tadeusz Siembab. With a little luck, Powiśle Warszawa's Boguslaw Jucha got control of the ball when Jacek Kielb tried to sneak it across the goal line. Gary Ingram didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Damazy Rosen went, in the 76th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Felix Bailey's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Boguslaw Jucha firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 95th minute, Abay Uygun ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gary Ingram was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Many of Korona Kielce's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Korona Kielce may have spent more time on the ball, but Powiśle Warszawa were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
