Aloyzas Valys showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. In the 24th match minute, Moose Knuckles was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gabriel Maraman to maneuver through the defense. Li Lin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Beppe Zoff in the 25th minute of the match. In the 27th minute Sorci Viola were awarded a corner. Franco Bosso went to the cornerflag to take it. Felice Tozzi made a great header on Sorci Viola's corner, it was just that Moose Knuckles's Li Lin managed to reach the ball for a save. Cesare Simone made a fantastic save in the 30th minute, when Sonic Ball sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Felice Tozzi in the 32nd minute of play forced Moose Knuckles's goalkeeper Li Lin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 36 played minutes Sorci Viola got a freekick which was hit by Felice Tozzi. In the 40th minute Jedrzej Beninda shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cesare Simone saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sorci Viola's defense didn't have a chance, in the 40th minute, when Jedrzej Beninda scored to the left of an out of position Cesare Simone, making the score, 2-0. Beppe Zoff kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. 47 minutes into the game, Sonic Ball was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Moose Knuckles's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sorci Viola the free kick. After 47 played minutes Moose Knuckles got a freekick which was hit by Sonic Ball. After 48 played minutes Moose Knuckles got a freekick which was hit by Sonic Ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Anfilogino Chiola to make the kick off. In the 65th minute Wiktor Kjellqvist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cesare Simone saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Anfilogino Chiola sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Moose Knuckles's Jaunius Balčaitis was substituted for Aloyzas Valys. Li Lin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arturo Liberti in the 73rd minute of play. Cesare Simone made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wiktor Kjellqvist in the 82nd minute of play. A collision led to Moose Knuckles getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Sonic Ball hit a great ball. In the 92nd minute Sonic Ball shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cesare Simone saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Moose Knuckles's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
