When Edgar Șeicaru came up free with the goalie in the 3rd minute, the Armada fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Edgar Șeicaru couldn't finish the play. A collision led to WZG Sandomierz getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Aleksander Oryl hit a great ball. Róbert Benkó blasted a shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Alfred Dziatkowski having to make a save. 10 minutes into the match, WZG Sandomierz's goal looked a bit too open when Róbert Benkó came free, but Alfred Dziatkowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Armada's Emanuel Enoiu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 12th minute of the match, managed to save Armada from getting a goal against them. Widodo 曹操 received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Emanuel Enoiu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Armada's Emanuel Enoiu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hugon Czciborek in the 22nd minute of play. 25 minutes into the match, Armada's goal looked a bit too open when Aleksander Oryl came free, but Emanuel Enoiu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 25th minute, Aleksander Oryl ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Emanuel Enoiu was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Róbert Benkó sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 31 minutes into the match, WZG Sandomierz's goal looked a bit too open when Róbert Benkó came free, but Alfred Dziatkowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Róbert Benkó in the 34th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alfred Dziatkowski prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 36th minute Róbert Benkó shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alfred Dziatkowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 37th minute of the match Armada got a corner. WZG Sandomierz's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Róbert Benkó ran over to the corner to take the kick. Alfred Dziatkowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Róbert Benkó in the 40th minute of play. In the 46th minute, Róbert Benkó left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Armada fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Aleksander Oryl made the kick off in the second half. The referee felt a red card was in order, 54 minutes into the game, when Ma Feng Sen put in a rough tackle. When the match had gone on for 59 minutes, David Bitănescu took a quick shot and it went in 2-2 without a chance for Alfred Dziatkowski to make any attempt to save it. Emanuel Enoiu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Aleksander Oryl went, in the 63rd minute, to the upper right corner, 3-2 was the resulting score. The supporters of WZG Sandomierz booed when Armada was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Amine Barka didn't get a good kick on the ball. Armada made a substitution. Aras Başbuğ replaced Edgar Șeicaru. WZG Sandomierz's Jimmy-Floyd Hasselbaink was substituted for Aleksander Oryl. In the 67th minute, Amine Barka hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 71st minute Widodo 曹操 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emanuel Enoiu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alfred Dziatkowski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kylian Henry, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kylian Henry in the 81st minute of play forced WZG Sandomierz's goalkeeper Alfred Dziatkowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Emanuel Enoiu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Widodo 曹操 in the 86th minute of the match. A wasted opportunity for Armada. 98 minutes into the game, WZG Sandomierz's Jimmy-Floyd Hasselbaink nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Emanuel Enoiu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-2. WZG Sandomierz's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
