With a couple of smart ball manuevers Kjell-Arne Edström in the 7th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jonathan Ferrant saved Venezuela from getting behind. Kjell-Arne Edström's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jonathan Ferrant read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 12th minute of play. 13 minutes into the match, Kjell-Arne Edström notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When the match had gone on for 16 minutes, Kjell-Arne Edström put it in 4-0 from a short distance just to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Kjell-Arne Edström's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jonathan Ferrant read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 19th minute of play. Kjell-Arne Edström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 28th minute Tomas Illescas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gürsel Bahçıvan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Venezuela were awarded a corner in the 29th minute after AsLaN 1915's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Tomas Illescas took the corner. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tomas Illescas in the 34th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gürsel Bahçıvan saved AsLaN 1915 from getting behind. When the match had gone on for 37 minutes, Kjell-Arne Edström took a quick shot and it went in 5-0 without a chance for Jonathan Ferrant to make any attempt to save it. In the 41st minute, AsLaN 1915's Kjell-Arne Edström dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 6-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Kjell-Arne Edström got free with Jonathan Ferrant in the 46th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mehmet Ali Onuker, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 6-0.

The wind increased when Kjell-Arne Edström made the kick off in the second half. In the 54th match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Guillermo Mariano to maneuver through the defense. Kjell-Arne Edström took the ball and in the 56 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-0. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kjell-Arne Edström in the 64th minute of play. If Kjell-Arne Edström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kjell-Arne Edström, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. Guillermo Mariano kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. In the 72nd minute Kjell-Arne Edström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gürsel Bahçıvan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Patricio Costa in the 73rd minute of play. After 74 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Venezuela! Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kjell-Arne Edström in the 80th minute of the match. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kjell-Arne Edström in the 83rd minute of play. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kjell-Arne Edström in the 84th minute of play. 86 minutes had been played when some careless play by Venezuela's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Gaffar Okkan was slow to take the kick. During this time AsLaN 1915's players had a chance to rest. AsLaN 1915's Ferid Ünsevin quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Salvador Gisbert, made in the 90th minute of the game. After having played for 92 minutes, Kjell-Arne Edström managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. AsLaN 1915's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kjell-Arne Edström was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kjell-Arne Edström in the 97th minute of the match. Patricio Costa hit a great freekick 97 minutes into the match. In the 98th minute Kjell-Arne Edström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. There was no doubt that AsLaN 1915 were the better team. AsLaN 1915's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
