After 7 minutes, Thorkil Husig made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Club Atlético Atlanta's Carlos Germano tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 9thth minute of the game Martin Minchev who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Club Atlético Atlanta's Carlos Germano was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 11 minutes had been played when some careless play by Club Atlético Atlanta's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Beto Breckenfeld was slow to take the kick. During this time Jurupeba FC's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Beto Breckenfeld got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Carlos Germano quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Carlos Germano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Beto Breckenfeld, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Beto Breckenfeld in the 15th minute of play forced Club Atlético Atlanta's goalkeeper Carlos Germano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 19th minute Evlogi Dzhumayski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carlos Germano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Club Atlético Atlanta fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Carlos Germano should have stopped the shot. 43 minutes into the match, Thorkil Husig had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Carlos Germano. Club Atlético Atlanta's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Thorkil Husig was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. Club Atlético Atlanta's Carlos Germano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Beto Breckenfeld in the 46th minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Eustaquio Jaizki to strike the kick off in the second half. Club Atlético Atlanta's Carlos Germano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Thorkil Husig in the 55th minute of play. Marcos Berdoi's late challenge caught a Jurupeba FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. It was Beto Breckenfeld who took care of the corner kick. Jurupeba FC's Beto Breckenfeld was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Carlos Germano in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. The audience thought a goal was coming when Beto Breckenfeld got free with Carlos Germano in the 63rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Martin Minchev received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Carlos Germano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Jurupeba FC booed when Club Atlético Atlanta was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lázaro Cuartio didn't get a good kick on the ball. 79 minutes into the match, Martin Minchev dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Carlos Germano, 0-4. In the 90th minute, Martin Minchev left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Jurupeba FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-5. The Club Atlético Atlanta fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Jurupeba FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
