An unexpectedly hard shot by Gerardo Berto in the 33rd minute of play forced Club Atlético Atlanta's goalkeeper Carlos Germano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

In the 88th minute, PLUMIN's Jacinto Rosio ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Carlos Germano. Carlos Germano yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-6. PLUMIN's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
