Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Daniel Zorita made the kick off and thus started the match. 3 minutes into the match, Ornitorrincos F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Sancho came free, but Gustaw Pysz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 6 minutes into the match, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gustaw Pysz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 7 minutes into the game, Daniel Zorita cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Gustaw Pysz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ecuador. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jon-Ander Echeverría got free with Julio Vera in the 11th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 12th minute Raymundo Carilao shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Raymundo Carilaos short, quick shot in the 14thth minute got Julio Vera to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Raymundo Carilao took the ball and in the 18 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Julio Vera. Julio Vera dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. Gustaw Pysz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristian Sancho, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Raymundo Carilao in the 23rd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Zorita in the 25th minute of play forced Ornitorrincos F.C.'s goalkeeper Gustaw Pysz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cristian Sancho in the 32nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gustaw Pysz saved Ornitorrincos F.C. from getting behind. Cristian Sancho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Gustaw Pysz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 39th minute, Lester Clavijo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cristian Sancho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gustaw Pysz having to interfere. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Raymundo Carilao in the 42nd minute of the match. Ornitorrincos F.C. were awarded a corner in the 44th minute after Ecuador's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Raymundo Carilao took the corner. After taking down the ball on Ornitorrincos F.C.'s corner Raymundo Carilao fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Julio Vera quite easily take care of the ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Raymundo Carilao in the 50th minute of play. 51 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Xaime Mac Gill came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cristian Sancho recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 56thth minute of the game Xaime Mac Gill who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ecuador's Julio Vera was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, Ornitorrincos F.C.'s Tobías Jarpa got a free kick in the 58th minute. Cristian Sancho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 61 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Raymundo Carilao came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Felix Montenegro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Gustaw Pysz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 80 minutes into the match, Ornitorrincos F.C.'s goalkeeper Gustaw Pysz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Agustín Saelices. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Raymundo Carilao in the 82nd minute of play. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gabino Calvo in the 85th minute of the match. Gabino Calvo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Julio Vera having to interfere. Ecuador were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
