A collision led to Marambaia FC getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Tony de Moraes hit a great ball. 20 minutes into the match, Iliya Stanoychev had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Rafael Miranda. Marambaia FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Iliya Stanoychev was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. The supporters of Sultanzi booed when Marambaia FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Erik Custódio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rafael Miranda was out of position in the 26 minute of play, and Radostin Stanchov capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Radostin Stanchov really showed his touch with that goal: 3-0. After a rather tough play, Sultanzi's Velcho Tzanov got a free kick in the 29th minute. In the 64th minute, Iliya Stanoychev ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rafael Miranda was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. If Radostin Stanchov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rafael Miranda showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Iliya Stanoychev in the 73rd minute of the match. When Gino Linhares fell near the penalty area in the 93rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Marambaia FC's protests and gave Gino Linhares a yellow card for diving instead. In the 93rd match minute, Marambaia FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gino Linhares to maneuver through the defense. Marambaia FC's Rafael Miranda played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Slavyan Fasulkov in the 95th minute of play. Sultanzi walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
