After 3rd play minutes Evandro Domingues shot 1-0, a short shot which went by Kamel Tisserant and just under the crossbar into goal. A nice corner shot did that Reynald Reynal got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Erik Bastos quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Émilien Braud recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 12th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 15th minute, Dilan Boury hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Émilien Braud struck a weak shot in the 18th minute. Erik Bastos didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Marly. After 21 played minutes Marambaia FC got a freekick which was hit by Zeca Carioca. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Alex Patureau during the 23rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Marly's Alex Patureau got a free kick in the 23rd minute. João Vítor Godoi charged in rather forcefully in the 25th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed João Vítor Godoi the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 25th match minute, Marambaia FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by João Vítor Godoi to maneuver through the defense. In the 26th minute Émilien Braud shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erik Bastos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kamel Tisserant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Evandro Domingues, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Kamel Tisserant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Narciso Capixaba in the 29th minute of the match. With a little luck, Marly's Kamel Tisserant got control of the ball when Evandro Domingues tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 34th minute Émilien Braud shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erik Bastos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Evandro Domingues did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 2-0 to the left of a surprised Kamel Tisserant 36 minutes into the match. Kamel Tisserant didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 41st minute, which inside left pole to 3-0. Dilan Boury fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Erik Bastos having to interfere. Marly's Kamel Tisserant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Evandro Domingues in the 46th minute of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Dilan Boury was the one to do the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 54th minute, Evandro Domingues managed to get in a good position for a shot. Marambaia FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Evandro Domingues was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kamel Tisserant breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Kamel Tisserant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ulisses de Lima in the 58th minute of play. In the 62nd minute, Émilien Braud got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Dilan Boury came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the Marly fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dilan Boury couldn't finish the play. Kamel Tisserant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Narciso Capixaba, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. When the match clock showed 71 minutes, the score became 4-0 when Evandro Domingues sped through Marly's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Kamel Tisserant. When the match had gone on for 74 minutes, Dilan Boury took a quick shot and it went in 4-1 without a chance for Erik Bastos to make any attempt to save it. Evandro Domingues's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Kamel Tisserant read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 77th minute of play. If Émilien Braud had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Marly getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Alex Patureau hit a great ball. Evandro Domingues succeeded in the game's 81st minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 5-1. Kamel Tisserant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Narciso Capixaba, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Romuald Grunenwald hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. In the 91st minute Romeu Penha shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kamel Tisserant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marly's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
