Meridiano AFC's Dionisio Maiorga proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 4th minute of the match, managed to save Meridiano AFC from getting a goal against them. After 13 played minutes Meridiano AFC got a freekick which was hit by Pastor Marz. After a rather tough play, Beytüssebap's Baturalp Tarab got a free kick in the 15th minute. Ricardo Benat sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 21 minutes into the match, Varol Dengiz had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Dionisio Maiorga. Meridiano AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Varol Dengiz was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pastor Marz in the 24th minute of play forced Beytüssebap's goalkeeper Ali Hamza Tezel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Ricardo Benat came up free with the goalie in the 30th minute, the Meridiano AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ricardo Benat couldn't finish the play. In the 33rd minute, Ladislao Peru ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ali Hamza Tezel was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Ali Hamza Tezel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ladislao Peru in the 36th minute of the match. If Ladislao Peru had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ladislao Peru recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Robustiano Laurentzi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Ali Hamza Tezel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ladislao Peru to make the kick off. Meridiano AFC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Miguel Toro in the 53rd minute. A hard shot 54 in the game by Ricardo Benat from a close distance when the talented Ali Hamza Tezel managed to make a qualified save. Beytüssebap's players were relieved. If Ricardo Benat had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Beytüssebap's Ali Hamza Tezel got control of the ball when Ricardo Benat tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ali Hamza Tezel didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ricardo Benat went, in the 72nd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. When the match had gone on for 76 minutes, Ricardo Benat put it in 1-3 from a short distance just to the right of Ali Hamza Tezel. In the 79th minute the ball was on its way in behind Beytüssebap's goalkeeper Ali Hamza Tezel, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Meridiano AFC's zone, Varol Dengiz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dionisio Maiorga came out of the goal and Varol Dengiz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 87 minutes of play Beytüssebap's Baturalp Tarab was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. In the 87th minute, Baturalp Tarab hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ladislao Peru in the 89th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ali Hamza Tezel saved Beytüssebap from getting behind. Ali Hamza Tezel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ladislao Peru, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. If Ricardo Benat had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Beytüssebap supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Meridiano AFC's performance. The match ended with a win for Meridiano AFC.
