Just Bouley fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 2nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Erik Bastos having to interfere. Donato Tinoco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Raymond Maillot tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Ammerschwihr getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Robert Hess hit a great ball. Erik Bastos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hercule Caire in the 8th minute of the match. 10 minutes into the match, Marambaia FC's goalkeeper Erik Bastos had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Just Bouley. Just Bouley could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 13th minute of the match, but Erik Bastos made a huge save. Alix Dumaine hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 21st minute, Narciso Capixaba managed to get in a good position for a shot. Marambaia FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Narciso Capixaba was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Raymond Maillot breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Raymond Maillot took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Evandro Domingues, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Romeu Penha took the ball and in the 27 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Raymond Maillot. Raymond Maillot dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Ulisses de Lima scored 0-3 in the 30th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Raymond Maillot, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hercule Caire in the 32nd minute of play forced Marambaia FC's goalkeeper Erik Bastos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Raymond Maillot showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ulisses de Lima, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. In the 38th minute, Hercule Caire hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 42 minutes into the game, Edmílson Coelho was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Marambaia FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ammerschwihr the free kick. 41 minutes into the game, one of Marambaia FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Hercule Caire charged in rather forcefully in the 45th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hercule Caire the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Ammerschwihr's Hercule Caire got a free kick in the 45th minute. After the first half Marambaia FC were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Hercule Caire made the kick off in the second half. Chris Daurès kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. Marambaia FC's Flávio Ferreira got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Erik Bastos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Robert Hess, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Ulisses de Lima came up free with the goalie in the 59th minute, the Marambaia FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ulisses de Lima couldn't finish the play. After 64 played minutes Ammerschwihr got a freekick which was hit by Robert Hess. Evandro Domingues took the ball and in the 70 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Raymond Maillot. Raymond Maillot dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. Boris Delaune received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Erik Bastos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Raymond Maillot didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Marambaia FC's Ulisses de Lima shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-5 in the ordered_time% minute. Ammerschwihr's defense didn't have a chance, in the 80th minute, when Narciso Capixaba scored to the left of an out of position Raymond Maillot, making the score, 0-6. Just Bouley hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. In the 85th minute, Narciso Capixaba got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Erik Bastos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Just Bouley, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hercule Caire struck a weak shot in the 93rd minute. Erik Bastos didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ammerschwihr. Marambaia FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
