That made the score 2-1 after 10 minutes of play. 13 minutes into the match, Sporting Burgas's goal looked a bit too open when Vatan Enfal came free, but Álvaro Perpiñán reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Inter de Chillán's José Ignacio Rocha proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 16th minute of the match, managed to save Inter de Chillán from getting a goal against them. In the 78th minute the ball was on its way in behind Sporting Burgas's goalkeeper Álvaro Perpiñán, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
