Sorci Viola's Armando Bonelli proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 19th minute of the match, managed to save Sorci Viola from getting a goal against them. Arsenio Bide in the 21stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Abeluse Flow's Arsenio Bide slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Armando Bonelli. That made the score 2-1 after 34 minutes of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-1.

After a rather tough play, Sorci Viola's Augusto Di Placido got a free kick in the 58th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jan-Erik Vestberg in the 90th minute of play forced Sorci Viola's goalkeeper Armando Bonelli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Abeluse Flow's Julio Barroso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Elia Borel in the 92nd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Abeluse Flow's Tolino Griful got a free kick in the 94th minute. After 95 minutes, Dario Tondi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sorci Viola and the Abeluse Flow players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 95 played minutes Sorci Viola got a freekick which was hit by Dario Tondi. Sorci Viola's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
