Berenguer Tolosa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alvise Urbani in the 19th minute of play. In the 19th match minute, Sorci Viola was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edoardo Meo to maneuver through the defense. A hard shot 22 in the game by Marcio Carreira from a close distance when the talented Armando Bonelli managed to make a qualified save. Sorci Viola's players were relieved. 24 minutes into the match, Sorci Viola's goalkeeper Armando Bonelli had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lucila Gimeno. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carlos Pujol in the 25th minute of play forced Sorci Viola's goalkeeper Armando Bonelli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marcio Carreiras short, quick shot in the 27thth minute got Armando Bonelli to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. A collision led to FCSB CUENCA getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Davide Giacomozzi hit a great ball. Berenguer Tolosa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Flavio Scatena in the 29th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Lucila Gimeno during the 30th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Lucila Gimeno kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. Berenguer Tolosa didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Alvise Urbani went, in the 31st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Marcio Carreira could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 38th minute of the match, but Armando Bonelli made a huge save. 40 minutes into the match, Sorci Viola's goalkeeper Armando Bonelli had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Marcio Carreira. Armando Bonelli showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carlos Pujol, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. Donato Massimi kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. Marcio Carreira struck a weak shot in the 46th minute. Armando Bonelli didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FCSB CUENCA. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Marcio Carreira to strike the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Sorci Viola's goal looked a bit too open when Americo Olivar came free, but Armando Bonelli reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Flavio Scatena in the 62nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Berenguer Tolosa saved FCSB CUENCA from getting behind. Alvise Urbani's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Berenguer Tolosa firmly grabbed it by the left post. Armando Bonelli showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcio Carreira in the 66th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Marcio Carreira's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Armando Bonelli was relentless in the 69th minute of the game. 70 minutes into the game, Franco Bosso was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Berenguer Tolosa was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Marcio Carreira in the 94th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Armando Bonelli saved Sorci Viola from getting behind. The FCSB CUENCA supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Sorci Viola's performance. The match ended with a win for Sorci Viola.
