Haroldo Garin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Saul Baumer in the 12th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emiliano Eliu in the 13th minute of play forced Zuberbühler FC's goalkeeper Napoleon Dziedelonis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Saul Baumer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 16 minutes into the game, Zuberbühler FC's Florentino Lastur nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Haroldo Garin made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Napoleon Dziedelonis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marco Ruben in the 19th minute of play. In the 23rd minute Guy Bernaerts shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Napoleon Dziedelonis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 23 minutes into the match, Guy Bernaerts had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Napoleon Dziedelonis. Zuberbühler FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Guy Bernaerts was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Saul Baumer in the 26th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Haroldo Garin prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 26th minute, Mariano Berart hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A hard shot by Angelino Eliu from long distance, 27 minutes into the match, got Napoleon Dziedelonis's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Haroldo Garin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Saul Baumer in the 29th minute of play. After 30 minutes, Saul Baumer made it 1-2 with a short kick to the right side. Corbera FC's Haroldo Garin tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Saul Baumer was the one to do the kick off. Saul Baumer blasted a shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Haroldo Garin having to make a save. The supporters of Zuberbühler FC booed when Corbera FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jacek Andryszyn didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 74th minute, Saul Baumer made a precise shot to the right of Haroldo Garin. Corbera FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-5. 79 minutes into the match, Corbera FC's goal looked a bit too open when Saul Baumer came free, but Haroldo Garin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match clock showed 84 minutes, the score became 2-6 when Saul Baumer sped through Corbera FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Haroldo Garin. Through an outstanding action, after 87 minutes, Haroldo Garin successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 91st minute, Jonathan Iruinea reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Haroldo Garin. The goal made the score 2-7. Saul Baumer did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 2-8 to the left of a surprised Haroldo Garin 97 minutes into the match. Zuberbühler FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
