The audience thought a goal was coming when Nunez Hernandez got free with Teofilo Esdras in the 25th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Raimond Lenk made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alfredo Quirce in the 29th minute of play. Cuervos Galácticos's Teofilo Esdras proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 30th minute of the match, managed to save Cuervos Galácticos from getting a goal against them. Roman Steven charged in rather forcefully in the 34th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Roman Steven the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Cuervos Galácticos booed when Piratas FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Roman Steven didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, Cuervos Galácticos's Teofilo Esdras got control of the ball when Spyros Zacharioudakis tried to sneak it across the goal line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Alfredo Quirce stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Cuervos Galácticos's Felix Ixona got a free kick in the 53rd minute. Cuervos Galácticos's Teofilo Esdras played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Constantino Idacio in the 58th minute of play. Raimond Lenk made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alfredo Quirce in the 61st minute. Nunez Hernandez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Marcial Mosen hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. After 67 minutes of play, Piratas FC's Spyros Zacharioudakis made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Teofilo Esdras was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Roman Steven in the 91st minute of play forced Cuervos Galácticos's goalkeeper Teofilo Esdras to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Teofilo Esdras showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Constantino Idacio in the 94th minute of the match. Piratas FC's Spyros Zacharioudakis got a good chance for a goal in the 96th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. There was no doubt that Piratas FC were the better team. Piratas FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
