In the 39th minute, Aristides Boniel ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Maximino Merexildo was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Maximino Merexildo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tony Parker, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

The wind increased when Ingimundur Eiríksson made the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute of the match, Conrado Erramun tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Maximino Merexildo saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Maximino Merexildo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Conrado Erramun, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
