Nicolás DAndrea made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lázaro Garcia in the 13th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Uriel Cordearo in the 18th minute of play forced Defensores del Ángel Gris's goalkeeper Nicolás DAndrea to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Defensores del Ángel Gris's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Eleuterio Chabier in the 21st minute. In the 23rd minute, Martin Billing ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Nicolás DAndrea was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Nicolás DAndrea showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Faustino Unax in the 47th minute of the match. After the first half Tello AFC were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Uriel Cordearo was the one to do the kick off. Nicolás DAndrea was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Pastor Nofre showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-4 in the 51 minute of play. The Defensores del Ángel Gris supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Tello AFC's performance. The match ended with a win for Tello AFC.
