VAMO ARRIBA's Aquiles Ellande proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 20th minute of the match, managed to save VAMO ARRIBA from getting a goal against them. In the 28thth minute of the game Lu Bin Yuan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but VAMO ARRIBA's Aquiles Ellande was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Matías Patrone took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rene Egoitz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 46th minute, Los Delfines's Arquímedes Cesario ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Aquiles Ellande. Aquiles Ellande yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Atilano Quinten made a kick off. Arquímedes Cesario struck a weak shot in the 53rd minute. Aquiles Ellande didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Los Delfines. Matías Patrone showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zoltán Battai, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. In the 56th minute Arquímedes Cesario shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aquiles Ellande saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Matías Patrone showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zoltán Battai, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. Los Delfines's Benê Møltov quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. After a defensive mix-up in VAMO ARRIBA's zone, Oliver Bierhoff stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aquiles Ellande came out of the goal and Oliver Bierhoff tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 94th minute Oliver Bierhoff shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aquiles Ellande saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Los Delfines's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
