Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Jacobo Gonzo started the match with the kick off. 3 minutes into the game, Plumerillo's Ignacio Fernández nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Pankracy Glogowski made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. In the 8th minute of the match, Ignacio Fernández got a very nice opportunity to score, but Pankracy Glogowski was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. 9 minutes into the game, Long Feng Xing was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Plumerillo's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Club Atlético Atlanta the free kick. A collision led to Plumerillo getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Long Feng Xing hit a great ball. In the 12th minute of the match Club Atlético Atlanta got a corner. Plumerillo's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Emil Chwalkiewicz ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Club Atlético Atlanta's Emil Chwalkiewicz to fire away a dangerous shot which Abel Matro despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. When Remigio Erramu came up free with the goalie in the 15th minute, the Club Atlético Atlanta fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Remigio Erramu couldn't finish the play. Abel Matro stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Şevket Çağa's shot from short distance in the 24th minute. Abel Matro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcos Berdoi, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. Ignacio Fernández could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 34th minute of the match, but Pankracy Glogowski made a huge save. The crowd rose to their feet as Plumerillo's Victor Deunoro slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Pankracy Glogowski. That made the score 2-1 after 43 minutes of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Şevket Çağa in the 46th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Abel Matro saved Plumerillo from getting behind. Bahadırhan Yılğıralp sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Şevket Çağa was the one to do the kick off. A collision led to Plumerillo getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Ignacio Fernández hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ignacio Fernández in the 55th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Pankracy Glogowski prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 57th match minute, Plumerillo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Victor Deunoro to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Plumerillo's zone, Marcos Berdoi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Abel Matro came out of the goal and Marcos Berdoi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 59th minute Şevket Çağa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Abel Matro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 65th minute Maximino Ellande shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pankracy Glogowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
