The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jacobo Mark to strike the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Azulgranas AFC's Juan Manuel Cruz got a free kick in the 78th minute. After 80 minutes, Geovânio da Silveira mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Azulgranas AFC and the Club Atletico Rio Tercero players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Club Atletico Rio Tercero booed when Azulgranas AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alvar Öberg came out of the goal and Juan Manuel Cruz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
