The audience thought a goal was coming when Xesc Labarra got free with Raimond Lenk in the 20th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 20 minutes into the match, Piratas FC's goalkeeper Raimond Lenk had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Xesc Labarra. Xesc Labarra could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 27th minute of the match, but Raimond Lenk made a huge save. Despite this Miguel Ángel Santoro quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 40 minutes into the match, Chacarita Futsal's goal looked a bit too open when Nunez Hernandez came free, but Miguel Ángel Santoro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Piratas FC's Raimond Lenk proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 42nd minute of the match, managed to save Piratas FC from getting a goal against them. Chacarita Futsal's Miguel Ángel Santoro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Constantino Idacio in the 46th minute of play. 47 minutes into the match, Roman Steven notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Chacarita Futsal's Miguel Ángel Santoro. Miguel Ángel Santoro was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Piratas FC's Raimond Lenk played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Evaristo Perez in the 70th minute of play. If Isidro Gaztea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 75 minutes in the game, Constantino Idacio fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Miguel Ángel Santoro having to interfere. Constantino Idacio hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. The long shot by Damian Bernabel in the 86th minute really tested Miguel Ángel Santoro's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. A collision led to Chacarita Futsal getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Isidro Gaztea hit a great ball. In a very dangerous position, a player in Piratas FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 90th minute. Penalty! Piratas FC's Raimond Lenk played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Evaristo Perez in the 93rd minute of play. 96 minutes into the game, Chacarita Futsal's Isidro Gaztea nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Raimond Lenk made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
