The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 6 minutes into the match, Legio X Eqvestris's goal looked a bit too open when Pedrinho Falconetti came free, but Ariel Gustau reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 6th minute Pedrinho Falconetti shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ariel Gustau saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Shao Shu Lang was out of position in the 7 minute of play, and Luis Navarro capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Luis Navarro really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Ariel Gustau took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pedrinho Falconetti, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Shao Shu Lang made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from José Paradela in the 15th minute of play. In the 16th minute, Legio X Eqvestris's José Paradela ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Shao Shu Lang. Shao Shu Lang yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pedrinho Falconetti in the 21st minute of play forced Legio X Eqvestris's goalkeeper Ariel Gustau to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 26 minutes into the match, Legio X Eqvestris's goal looked a bit too open when Pedrinho Falconetti came free, but Ariel Gustau reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Shao Shu Lang made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luis Navarro in the 27th minute of play. The audience was convinced that José Paradela's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Shao Shu Lang was relentless in the 29th minute of the game. When the match clock showed 34 minutes, the score became 2-1 when Pedrinho Falconetti sped through Legio X Eqvestris's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Ariel Gustau. Osvaldo Mendebal was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 37 minutes into the match. In the 37th minute, one of Encarale a la gordita:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Encarale a la gordita. 武光星 sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Shao Shu Lang took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emiliano Louis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ildefonso Bernabel in the 46th minute of play forced Legio X Eqvestris's goalkeeper Ariel Gustau to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Encarale a la gordita made a substitution. Jurand Sienkowski replaced 武光星. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

A collision led to Legio X Eqvestris getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Generoso Emenon hit a great ball. 57 minutes into the match, Legio X Eqvestris's goalkeeper Ariel Gustau had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jurand Sienkowski. Shao Shu Lang made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tadeusz Rudy in the 61st minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Generoso Emenon during the 69th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 69th minute, Generoso Emenon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A hard shot by Miromir Pieknik from long distance, 70 minutes into the match, got Ariel Gustau's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Shao Shu Lang made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luis Navarro in the 74th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Luis Navarro in the 75th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Shao Shu Lang saved Encarale a la gordita from getting behind. Encarale a la gordita's Shao Shu Lang played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tadeusz Rudy in the 79th minute of play. After 79 minutes, Luis Navarro made it 3-1 with a short kick to the right side. Encarale a la gordita's Shao Shu Lang tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Ariel Gustau made a fantastic save in the 82nd minute, when Jurand Sienkowski sent off a good shot on target. Jurand Sienkowski's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ariel Gustau read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 84th minute of play. Jurand Sienkowski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ariel Gustau having to interfere. In the 87th minute Jurand Sienkowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ariel Gustau saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ariel Gustau stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jurand Sienkowski's shot from short distance in the 89th minute. 96 minutes into the game, Jurand Sienkowski recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Ariel Gustau. Jurand Sienkowski showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-2. For all the effort they put into the match, the Encarale a la gordita players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Legio X Eqvestris.
