Miguel Ángel Santoro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Igor Lebas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Pierluigi Buffon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Moises Cayo, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. A collision led to Chacarita Futsal getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Cesar Vargas hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Igor Lebas in the 16th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Miguel Ángel Santoro prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 18th minute of the match, Arild Nodland got a very nice opportunity to score, but Pierluigi Buffon was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Pierluigi Buffon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Moises Cayo in the 32nd minute of play. Noel Hargrave didn't get a good kick on the ball. 46 minutes into the match, Igor Lebas notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Chacarita Futsal's Miguel Ángel Santoro. Miguel Ángel Santoro was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Igor Lebas couldn't finish the play. With a little luck, Chacarita Futsal's Miguel Ángel Santoro got control of the ball when Igor Lebas tried to sneak it across the goal line. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. KaoS Futbol Club walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
