In the 18th minute the ball was on its way in behind Areco FC's goalkeeper Gabriel Urtats, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Igor Lebas's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gabriel Urtats read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 20th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Igor Lebas in the 22nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gabriel Urtats saved Areco FC from getting behind. KaoS Futbol Club's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Areco FC the free kick. Gabriel Urtats made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. Noel Hargrave hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. KaoS Futbol Club fully deserved thier win.
