The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Marcial Cisquella took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Omar Maju, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 10 played minutes The Handsome Wizards UTD got a freekick which was hit by Alistair Cross. Pastor Valery didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Claudio Antonangeli went, in the 12th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. The referee felt a red card was in order, 15 minutes into the game, when Hilario Domeka put in a rough tackle. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 15th minute of the game. One of Capdevilla:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of The Handsome Wizards UTD:s goal. Capdevilla:s Pastor Valery showed great skill when he stopped Marcus Brady:s penalty. The audience thought a goal was coming when Miguel Diagur got free with Marcial Cisquella in the 19th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 23rd minute, Claudio Antonangeli got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, The Handsome Wizards UTD's Zak Beckford got a free kick in the 28th minute. Marcial Cisquella was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Miguel Diagur showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 40 minute of play. When Miguel Diagur came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the Capdevilla fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Miguel Diagur couldn't finish the play. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

Capdevilla made a substitution. Carolo Christobal replaced Filomeno Hitz. In the 54th minute, Claudio Antonangeli reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Pastor Valery. The goal made the score 1-2. A sloppy throw-in by Carolo Christobal in the 61st minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by The Handsome Wizards UTD's Grant Groves. The Handsome Wizards UTD's Claudio Antonangeli got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 62nd minute, Grant Groves hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 63rd match minute, The Handsome Wizards UTD was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcus Brady to maneuver through the defense. 69 minutes into the game, Rodrigo Evis threw the ball into play from the sideline. The Handsome Wizards UTD's Marcus Brady quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. A collision led to Capdevilla getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Carolo Christobal hit a great ball. The Handsome Wizards UTD's Claudio Antonangeli got a good chance for a goal in the 79th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The corner led The Handsome Wizards UTD's Basiel Kindermans to fire away a dangerous shot which Pastor Valery despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After having played for 90 minutes, Kasey Bond managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. The Handsome Wizards UTD's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kasey Bond was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Claudio Antonangeli's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 92ndth minute, Pastor Valery skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 93rd minute, Claudio Antonangeli got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Miguel Diagur received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Marcial Cisquella tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched The Handsome Wizards UTD eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
