In the 8th minute, BFC 1982's Edgardo Txaran dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. After a rather tough play, BFC 1982's Jaime Segio got a free kick in the 10th minute. In the 14th minute BFC 1982 were awarded a corner. Honorato Acevedo went to the cornerflag to take it. Nicasio Quintos short, quick shot in the 16thth minute got Jorge Vigil to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. When Edgardo Txaran came up free with the goalie in the 24th minute, the BFC 1982 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Edgardo Txaran couldn't finish the play. Cesario Roma showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Angelino Millano in the 25th minute of the match. 27 minutes into the match, BFC 1982's Edgardo Txaran sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jorge Vigil narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Jorge Vigil stood somewhat misplaced when Nicasio Quinto came free in front of goal and shot 2-0 to the left of him in the 38 minute. In the 46th minute Edgardo Txaran shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jorge Vigil saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Angelino Millano to strike the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 52nd minute, Vladimiro Aztore managed to get in a good position for a shot. C.A. COLORADA TIERRA's supporters rose to their feet, but Vladimiro Aztore was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cesario Roma breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Edgardo Txaran had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Nicasio Quinto in the 60th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jorge Vigil prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fidel Ostadar got free with Cesario Roma in the 63rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jorge Vigil took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nicasio Quinto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 66 minutes into the match, C.A. COLORADA TIERRA's goal looked a bit too open when Edgardo Txaran came free, but Jorge Vigil reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 70 minutes into the match, Nicasio Quinto had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jorge Vigil. C.A. COLORADA TIERRA's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Nicasio Quinto was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. Nicasio Quinto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. C.A. COLORADA TIERRA's Jorge Vigil played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nicasio Quinto in the 76th minute of play. Jorge Vigil took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nicasio Quinto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 79th minute, Nicasio Quinto ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jorge Vigil was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. In the 86th minute, Edgardo Txaran made a precise shot to the right of Jorge Vigil. C.A. COLORADA TIERRA's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-0. Jorge Vigil made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nicasio Quinto in the 93rd minute of play. There was no doubt that BFC 1982 were the better team. BFC 1982's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
