Cristian Miccoli struck a weak shot in the 14th minute. Zeledon Telo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Anga FC. After 17 played minutes All Boys got a freekick which was hit by Reynaldo Guib. When Reynaldo Guib fell near the penalty area in the 25th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored All Boys's protests and gave Reynaldo Guib a yellow card for diving instead. Anga FC's Jarne Vrancken got a good chance for a goal in the 26th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Marcial Quintyn sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to All Boys getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Maximo Benvide hit a great ball. The audience was convinced that Cristian Miccoli's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Zeledon Telo was relentless in the 36th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Miccoli in the 38th minute of play forced All Boys's goalkeeper Zeledon Telo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Anga FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Saverio Kauldi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Zeledon Telo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. All Boys's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
